CHAIR
Max Blaisdell, 2018-2020
Max is a proud New Yorker, who somehow ended up at Boston College and found himself in endless arguments with Mass natives over the relative greatness of New York sports teams over the Soxs, Pats, and Celtics. Before joining Peace Corps, Max worked for a plaintiffs-only, class-action law firm in San Francisco helping push cases along against nefarious acts of corporate malfeasance, while also volunteering as a basketball coach at the local Boys and Girls Club and serving as a CASA to a youth in the foster care system with special educational and emotional needs. He is currently serving in the province of Errachidia, and is working on promoting awareness of people with special needs through an ability camp and other splash activities. After service, Max hopes to attend law school and continue volunteering in the (inshallah) post-Trumpian United States.

Jordan Clayton, 2018-2020
Jordan was born, raised, and educated in Richmond, Virginia. While studying Political
Science at VCU, he began working and volunteering with some of his city's vulnerable youth
through various after school programs and summer camps with an emphasis on inclusion. Prior
to traveling to Morocco, Jordan spent months working at a group home for boys and girls with
developmental disabilities. The desire to serve others and help build a better/brighter future for
all has driven him for many years and is something he intends on dedicating his life to. With
Peace Corps, Jordan plans on helping to connect people in Morocco who commit themselves to
serving those in need as well as striving to reduce stigmas around those with special needs.
Jordan lives and works in the region surrounding Marrakech and is looking forward to the
remainder of his 2 years of service.
